Prohibited Actions

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Sharing your account with others
• Using automated systems to access the service

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

License to Us

You grant us a limited license to:

• Display your photos in your wedding gallery
• Store your photos on our servers
• Process photos for thumbnails and optimization
• Create backups for data safety

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Obscene or sexually explicit
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Exploits or harms minors
• Spam or unsolicited advertising

Service Packages

• Free package: Limited to 10 photos
• Premium package: Unlimited photos with one-time payment

Billing

For premium features:

• Payments are processed securely through Mollie
• Premium upgrades are one-time payments
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or in case of technical issues preventing service delivery.

Service "As Is"

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

User Content

We are not responsible for user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.

Data Backup

While we maintain backups, you should keep your own copies of important photos. We recommend downloading your photos regularly.

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in illegal activities
• Upload harmful or prohibited content
• Fail to pay for services

Data After Termination

After account termination, all photos and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

• Deleted events are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing recovery if needed
• After 30 days, all event data including photos, videos, and audio messages are permanently deleted
